Workout programming is all about specificity. The exercise selection, frequency, intensity, and volume are all determined by the individual’s goals, history, genetics, gender, experience level, and lifestyle. Whether you travel a lot for work or if you live in a gym, all of these factors MUST be considered in order to create an effective training program. The Empire Training System was created with this in mind. By signing up, you are supported by customized workout plans and a full staff of trainers and dietitians to help ensure you get exactly where you want to be, from wherever you are.

CUSTOMIZED MONTHLY WORKOUT PLANS
Each month you will receive a 3-4 week program created specifically for your goals. Depending on which package you sign up for, you are able to schedule video calls or phone calls to discuss progress as well as any questions you may have.
VIDEO TECHNIQUE ANALYSIS
Unlike other online training options, ETS provides access to an application called “Coaches Eye” which allows users to upload videos of exercises such as squats or deadlifts, for one of our coaches to analyze. Once the video is reviewed, the coach will upload the same video back with real-time guidance on technique to ensure perfect form preventing injuries and improving strength. This service is available only to our tier 3 subscribers.
MOBILE ACCESSIBLE
It can be tough to stay consistent while moving around a lot. Whether you are traveling for work or play, you will always have access to your program through our ETS app (powered by Trainerize) as well as the Coaches Eye app to ensure you have perfect technique no matter where you are. Tiers 2 and up will also have the option to have their workouts delivered via Google Spreadsheet if preferred.
NUTRITION ANALYSIS
Often times, nutrition can be the most challenging part of the process. This holds true no matter the goals. Whether you are trying to shed some body fat, add lean muscle mass, gain strength, or even prepping for events such as powerlifting meets and bodybuilding shows, nutrition is KEY. Your coach will provide you with macros or meal plans depending on the subscription.

No two clients are the same. You will get no “cookie cutter” meal plans from me. Every single template, snack list, and dining guide is customized to your specific goals, preferences, and workout program. You will have access to me via text and email to tweak your plan as you go, and we will have video-Telehealth or in-person sessions to make the more significant changes.
